Terms of Service

1. Agreement & Licensing
By accessing SAMÍNUS HR-OS, you enter into a legally binding agreement under the Information Technology Act, 2000. The services are provided as a non-exclusive, non-transferable license based on your chosen subscription tier.
2. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hisar, Haryana, India.
3. Limitation of Liability
SAMÍNUS HR-OS is an automated processing engine. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from the service shall not exceed the subscription fees paid by you in the three months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability. We are not liable for any penalties or legal consequences resulting from user-configured payroll errors or compliance failures.
4. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold SAMÍNUS Private Limited harmless from any claims, damages, or legal costs arising from your misuse of employee data, violation of labor laws, or breach of these terms.
As-Is Service
The platform is provided on an "As-Is" and "As-Available" basis. While we strive for 100% accuracy in statutory calculations, users are advised to perform independent audits to ensure adherence to their specific organizational policies.
