Refund Policy
Subscription & Billing Guidelines
1. General Policy
SAMÍNUS Private Limited operates on a strictly non-refundable subscription model. Due to the high-compute nature of payroll engines and immediate provisioning of cloud infrastructure, no refunds shall be issued once a subscription has been activated or a monthly/annual billing cycle has commenced.
2. Non-Usage of Service
Failure to utilize the system, partial utilization, or dissatisfaction with calculated outputs does not entitle the user to a refund. Users are encouraged to utilize the free trial to assess suitability before payment.
3. Exceptional Redressal
Refunds may only be considered at the sole discretion of the management in cases of uncontested merchant errors (duplicate charges) or catastrophic technical failures resulting in complete system unavailability for more than 7 consecutive business days.
Notice of Cancellation
To avoid future charges, users must cancel their subscription at least 72 hours before the next renewal date. No prorated refunds are provided for cancellations made mid-cycle.
